Zoom is CCC's main cloud-based video conferencing platform.

How to get started

Here's a quick guide on signing in, hosting a meeting, and joining a meeting.

To sign in, click on the SIGN IN link on the top right corner of this page.

Use your CCC e-mail and the password that you have created.

How To Host A Meeting

If you do NOT have the Zoom app installed, go to zoom.us and select "Host a Meeting" to start the installation. If you DO have the App installed, follow steps below:

  1. Open your Zoom app on your desktop and Click on 'Sign In' you have created.

  2. Then Login using the E-mail and password that you have created, or with Google(Gmail), Facebook, or Login with SSO

  3. Once you have logged in, select "Start Video Meeting".

How To Join A Meeting

If you do NOT have the Zoom app installed, go to zoom.us and select "Host a Meeting" to start the installation. If you DO have the App installed, see below -

Prerequisites

  1. Each meeting has a unique 9, 10, or 11-digit number called a Meeting ID that will be required to join a Zoom meeting

  2. If you are joining via telephone, you will need the teleconferencing number provided in the invite.

  3. Additionally, you can test your connection to Zoom here.

Instructions

  1. Select Join A Meeting. Note: You can join a meeting with or without signing in

  2. Enter the Meeting ID number and input your name. Also select if you would like to connect audio and/or video and select Join.

Join Audio via Telephone

  1. On your phone, dial the teleconfrencing number provided in your invite.

  2. Enter the Meeting ID number when prompted using your touch-tone (DTMF) keypad.

  3. If you have already joined the meeting via computer, enter your 2-digit participant ID to be associated with your computer.
